The guesthouse is situated between Bradu and Avrig at the foot of the Mountains of Fagaras with a distance of 23 km from Sibiu. Although it`s situated only at a distance of appr. 200 m from the main road the guesthouse is surrounded with quietness and intimacy and situated in a beautiful area; in front of the area where the guesthouse is located (which is surrounded by 5,5 ha of ground) you can find fishing lakes and in the back you will find the river Olt.
The guesthouse contains a ground floor, 1st floor and an attic:
- On the ground floor is situated the dining and living room, toilet group with 2 toilets, a big kitchen, store room and a heating place
- On the 1st floor are situated 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower
- On the attic you will find 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower
The guesthouse comprises also a big terrace and a big parking lot and besides that also an animal paddock.
There is also made a drilling hole until a depth of 70 mtr. where salted water can be found, which is excellent for therapy. Electricity is provided by means of our own 100 KWA transformer.
